There are a few others I could have included in this list if I felt more familiar with them, like Hot Chip’s In Our Heads and Liars’ WIXIW, as well as Killer Mike and Saint Etienne’s records. Take this list with a grain of salt, but I can surely say all of these releases have made 2012 my favorite year in music so far so lived.
